The easy-to-use ExpandIT graphic interface lets user’s record time and expenses for projects and tasks within a few button clicks. It also allows supervisors to review and approve time entries before it is uploaded into NAV. Employees may enter time and expenses against projects and tasks. With any mobile Windows device, that means tracking availability anywhere at any time.

Fields are restricted to numeric values and are automatically totalled to minimize user error.

Email is generated for each submission so users may keep track of their time and expenses as well.

Managers may approve/edit/deny time and expense entries via a management web interface.
If approved, time sheets and expense claims will be sent to Dynamics NAV; otherwise, rejected claims are sent back to employees with a notification email for changes/clarification
Automatic emails are sent to the employee notifying them of the status of their submittal.
