SuperOffice and ExpandIT have connected SuperOffice and ExpandIT Mobile CRM, enabling SuperOffice customers to maintain customers, contacts, opportunities and activities while on the road.
Activities
On the Activity form you can see and modify either all future activities or filter by time and/or company. If you have selected a company then you can also create new activities.
Company View / Details
On the Company View and Company Details forms you can search for existing companies, modify such information as name, type and address, and create new companies.
Contact
On the Contact Person form you can search for a contact, add a contact to a company, move a contact to another company plus there is phone and email integration on the Company Details and Contact Person forms.
Opportunity
On the Opportunities form you can see and modify existing opportunities and you can add opportunities. The value of an opportunity can either be entered or calculated based on the opportunity lines. The opportunity lines are injected into SuperOffice and can be converted into a proper quote.
Opportunity View
On the Opportunity View form you can get an overview of the opportunities filtered on status, closing date, cycle type and/or stage.
